Description
ST-281 for STALMARK boilers
The use of the ST-281 room regulator ensures convenient control and monitoring of room temperature, boiler, hot water tank and mixing valves directly from the apartment without the need to go down to the boiler room. The controller is adapted to work with various types of main controllers equipped with RS communication: standard controllers, pellet controllers (equipped with an igniter) and installation controllers.
Operating principle
The room regulator sends a signal to the main controller about overheating or underheating of the room. Depending on the detailed settings, the signal about overheating of the room can, for example: turn off the C.O. pump, lower the boiler set temperature by the specified amount (settings in the main controller). The room regulator also allows you to change some settings of the main controller, such as: changing the boiler set temperature, pump operating modes, etc.
* Available in white or black version

Connection to the controller can be done in two ways. The first is a 4-core cable connection on one end terminated with an RJ12 plug. The second way is wireless connection using the ST-260 communication kit. Both methods are shown in the diagrams below.
Connection diagram – wired connection

The 4-core cable is connected to the regulator connector in accordance with the wire color chart. The cable is terminated with an RJ12 plug, which we insert into the regulator power supply – the insertion point is marked in the diagram with number 2 (additional description is on the power supply itself). The regulator power supply is connected to the boiler controller with a 4-core cable also terminated on both ends with RJ12 plugs – the connectors in the diagram are marked with numbers 1.
