How to Place an Order
The most convenient way to purchase a product is by adding it to our online shopping cart. The process is described below.

Add products to the cart:
Click the “Add to Cart” icon next to the desired product. There is no limit to the number of products in the cart.
For example, to purchase a flue pipe, select the payable option such as “With flue pipe (90 degrees bend)” under the boiler description.
To view your cart, click the “Cart Contents” icon. To update quantities, change the number in the “Qty” field and click “Update.” To remove a product, click “Remove Product(s)” and then “Update.” -
Proceed to checkout:
Click “Checkout.” You can either:- Create an account on www.kotly.com
- Log in if you already have an account (ATTENTION! New shop, fresh database, if you enquire your old data from previous shop, give us a note)

Enter shipping details:
Confirm or change the delivery address by clicking “Change address.” You may also leave comments about your order—e.g., whether you can unload a boiler using a forklift.
Click “Continue.” -
Select payment method:
Choose “Advance payment.” You may update the billing address and leave additional comments here as well.
Click “Continue.” -
Review your order:
Check all order details and make any necessary edits. When everything is correct, click “Confirm Order.” -
Order confirmation:
A message “Your order has been processed” will appear. You’ll also receive an automatic email confirmation.
Later, you will receive a second email from our export manager with transport costs and payment details.
Once payment is received, we begin processing your order—either preparing for delivery (if in stock) or sourcing missing items.
You will be informed about each step of the process by email or phone. Please make sure to provide your telephone number and email address for a smooth transaction.
