TECH R-12s – wired room regulator with humidity measurement

TECH R-12s is a wired room regulator designed for systems using TECH SBUS communication. The device allows room temperature control and air humidity measurement. The regulator can also work with a floor sensor, enabling control based on floor temperature.

Compatibility with TECH systems

The R-12s regulator is designed for systems based on wired TECH SBUS communication. The device is compatible with L-4x Wi-Fi, L-X Wi-Fi and L-12 control strips.

Clear display

The regulator features an LCD display for reading the most important parameters. The screen displays information about air temperature, air humidity and, when the appropriate sensor is used, floor temperature.

Floor sensor

The R-12s can be equipped with a floor sensor. The sensor is installed in the upper layer of the screed, directly beneath panels or tiles. The manufacturer recommends placing the sensor in a protective conduit, which facilitates installation and subsequent servicing.

The floor sensor enables floor temperature control and protection against overheating, regardless of the temperature in the room.

Design and installation

The R-12s regulator features a glass panel and touch-sensitive buttons. It is available in white or black. The device is designed for surface mounting, with the option of mounting on a 60 mm electrical box.
