Description
Connections: Blocked connection with fixed internal thread 1/2"
Warranty: 25 years - buildings with microclimate characteristic of residential, office, government buildings etc.
Warranty: 10 years - buildings with above-average air humidity and increased hygiene and sanitary regime such as swimming pools, car washes, dryers, floating units, service facilities and all industrial buildings including port infrastructure.
Radiator REGULUS -Sollarius system consists of two systems: a water system and a heat distribution system.
Water system – built from evenly distributed horizontal copper heating pipes inside the radiator, connected at the ends by vertical copper collecting headers. The connection of heating pipes with headers is made by soldering (hard solder).
Heat distribution system – built from aluminum sheet fins installed vertically on the heating pipes of the water system. Appropriately bent front and rear edges of the fins fit tightly together forming the front and rear walls of the radiator.
The connection between copper and aluminum is a dry connection, therefore no electrochemical phenomenon occurs in it.
Surface Finish
Degreasing and powder coating, standard white color (RAL 9003), any RAL color is available on request. Additionally available is the special color version Regulus METALLIC – polished aluminum surface covered with clear powder paint
Unique Features of Regulus-system REGULUS Radiators
- very large heat emission surface + low own weight = high heating dynamics
- radiators quickly reach full rated power for given supply temperature and are characterized by minimal thermal inertia
- high efficiency even at low supply temperatures
- resistance to variable and high pressure
- light – easy to transport and install
- high corrosion resistance
- high efficiency resulting from the properties of materials used
- long warranty period for both open and closed systems
Standard Equipment
- factory-installed thermostatic valve with preset adjustment
- air vent
- brackets (stands for freestanding radiators)
- complete seal set
- screws, expansion anchors
- o-rings
The materials from which the radiator is made - copper and aluminum - are light and have a high thermal conductivity coefficient (several times higher than steel and cast iron). This contributes to very intensive heat distribution throughout the entire radiator structure and heat emission even with a small temperature difference - between the radiator and the surroundings. Radiators "REGULUS -system" are characterized by high corrosion resistance, which significantly extends their service life and reduces investment costs. They do not require the use of corrosion inhibitors. Both the copper water system and the aluminum heat-emitting fins are not subject to destructive corrosion - as is the case with radiators made from other materials (e.g. steel). Very small water capacity ensures excellent and efficient operation in modern, controlled heating systems.
