DECOR Radiator

The DECOR radiator is a narrow, tall model available in a version with two visible vertical lines (aluminum element connection points) or in a perfectly smooth front version with visible lines on the back wall.

Standard execution is a version with visible lines on the front and back (when ordering, you should precisely specify the type of radiator).

DECOR radiator construction:

1. Water system – built from copper heating pipes arranged horizontally inside the radiator, connected at the ends by vertical copper collecting manifolds. The heating pipes are connected to the manifolds by soldering (hard solder).

 

2. Heat emission system – built from aluminum sheet fins installed vertically on the heating pipes of the water system. Appropriately bent front and back edges of the fins fit tightly together, creating the front and back wall of the radiator. A flat aluminum plate is mounted on the fin wall – on both sides.

DECOR radiators can be used in any type of installation – copper, plastic or traditional steel. They work with electric, gas, oil and solid fuel boilers. They work with condensing boilers and in installations operated by heat pumps.

Advantages of the DECOR radiator:

• Copper-aluminum construction ensures high efficiency at low supply temperatures – copper and aluminum are characterized by a high heat conduction coefficient (higher than steel and cast iron), heat is emitted even with small temperature differences (radiator and surroundings)
• The connection of copper with aluminum is a dry connection, so no electrochemical phenomenon occurs in it
• Large heat exchange surface, an important feature in heating based on low heating medium temperature – condensing boilers, heat pumps
• Room heating occurs in a mixed manner: through intense heat radiation from the front surface of the radiator and through convection. Air drawn from below through numerous convection chimneys of the radiator, flowing through its interior, when in contact with the surface of pipes and fins heats up, then flows out the top through the perforated upper casing. This dual method of heat emission causes even air heating throughout the room.
