The REGULUS - Sollarius system radiator consists of two systems: a water system and a heat output system.
Water system – is built from evenly distributed horizontal copper heating pipes inside the radiator, connected at the ends by vertical copper collecting manifolds. The connection of heating pipes with manifolds is made by soldering (hard solder).
Heat output system – is built from fins made of aluminum sheet positioned vertically on the heating pipes of the water system. Appropriately bent front and rear edges of the fins fit closely together forming the front and rear wall of the radiator.
The connection of copper with aluminum is a dry connection, therefore no electrochemical phenomena occur in it.

Surface finish

Degreasing and powder coating, standardly in white color (RAL 9003), any color from the RAL palette is available upon request. Additionally, the offer includes a special color version Regulus METALLIC – polished aluminum surface covered with colorless powder paint

The materials from which the radiator is made - copper and aluminum - are light and have a high thermal conductivity coefficient (several times higher than steel and cast iron). This contributes to very intensive heat distribution throughout the entire radiator structure and heat output even at a small temperature difference - between the radiator and the surroundings. Radiators "REGULUS - system" are characterized by high corrosion resistance, which significantly extends their service life and reduces investment costs. They do not require the use of corrosion inhibitors. Both the copper water system and aluminum heat-emitting fins do not undergo destructive corrosion - as is the case with radiators made from other materials (e.g., steel). Very low water capacity ensures very good and efficient operation in modern, controlled heating systems.
