Description
Connections: with movable 1/2" nuts on connection nipples, internal thread
Warranty: 25 years - facilities with microclimate characteristic of residential units, offices, government offices, etc.
Warranty: 10 years - facilities with above-average air humidity and increased sanitary regime such as swimming pools, car washes, dryers, floating units, service facilities and all industrial facilities including port infrastructure.
Radiator REGULUS - Sollarius system consists of two circuits: water circuit and heat transfer circuit.
Water circuit – built from evenly distributed horizontal copper heating pipes inside the radiator connected at the ends by vertical copper collector manifolds. The connection of heating pipes with manifolds is made by soldering (hard solder).
Heat transfer circuit – built from aluminum sheet fins mounted vertically on the heating pipes of the water circuit. Appropriately bent front and rear edges of the fins fit tightly together, forming the front and rear wall of the radiator.
The copper-to-aluminum connection is a dry connection, therefore no electrochemical phenomenon occurs in it.
Surface Finish
Degreasing and powder coating, standardly in white color (RAL 9003), any color from the RAL palette is available on request. Additionally, the special color version Regulus METALLIC is available in our offer – polished aluminum surface covered with transparent powder coating
Unique features of REGULUS-system Regulus radiators
- very large heat transfer surface + low weight = high heating dynamics
- radiators quickly reach full rated power for a given supply temperature and are characterized by minimal thermal inertia
- high efficiency even at low supply temperatures
- resistance to variable and high pressure
- lightweight – easy to transport and install
- high corrosion resistance
- high efficiency resulting from the properties of used materials
- long warranty period for both open and closed systems
Standard Equipment
- manual air vent
- brackets (stands for free-standing radiators)
- complete gasket set
- bolts, wall plugs
- O-rings
The materials from which the radiator is made - copper and aluminum - are lightweight and have a high heat conduction coefficient (several times higher than steel and cast iron). This contributes to very intensive heat distribution throughout the entire radiator structure and heat transfer even with a small temperature difference - between the radiator and the surroundings. Radiators "REGULUS - system" are characterized by high corrosion resistance, which significantly extends their lifespan and reduces investment costs. They do not require the use of corrosion inhibitors. Both the copper water circuit and the aluminum heat transfer fins do not undergo destructive corrosion - as is the case with radiators made from other materials (e.g. steel). Very low water capacity ensures very good and efficient operation in modern, controlled heating systems.
