Description
Connections: with movable nuts 1/2" on connection fittings, internal thread
Warranty: 25 years - facilities with microclimate characteristic of residential, office, government buildings, etc.
Warranty: 10 years - facilities with above-average air humidity and increased hygienic-sanitary conditions such as swimming pools, car washes, drying rooms, floating units, service facilities and all industrial facilities including port infrastructure.
The radiator REGULUS - Sollarius system consists of two systems: a water system and a heat distribution system.
Water system – built with evenly distributed horizontal copper heating pipes inside the radiator, connected at the ends by vertical copper collecting headers. The connection of heating pipes with headers is made through brazing (hard solder).
Heat distribution system – built with aluminum sheet fins installed vertically on the heating pipes of the water system. Appropriately bent front and rear edges of the fins fit tightly together forming the front and rear wall of the radiator.
The connection between copper and aluminum is a dry connection, therefore no electrochemical phenomenon occurs in it.
Surface finish
Degreasing and powder coating, standardly in white (RAL 9003), any color from the RAL palette is available on request. Additionally, in the offer there is a special color version Regulus METALLIC – polished aluminum surface covered with colorless powder paint
Unique features of Regulus-system REGULUS radiators
- very large heat distribution surface + low self-weight = high heating dynamics
- radiators quickly reach full rated power for the given supply temperature and are characterized by minimal thermal inertia
- high efficiency also at low supply temperatures
- resistance to variable and high pressure
- lightweight – easy to transport and install
- high corrosion resistance
- high efficiency resulting from the properties of the materials used
- long warranty period for both open and closed systems
Standard equipment
- manual air vent
- brackets (stands for freestanding radiators)
- complete set of seals
- screws, wall plugs
- o-rings
The materials from which the radiator is made - copper and aluminum - are lightweight and have a high heat conduction coefficient (several times higher than steel and cast iron). This contributes to very intensive heat distribution throughout the entire radiator structure and heat dissipation even at a small temperature difference - between the radiator and the surroundings. Radiators "REGULUS - system" are characterized by high corrosion resistance, which significantly extends their service life and reduces investment costs. They do not require the use of corrosion inhibitors. Both the copper water system and the aluminum heat-dissipating fins do not undergo destructive corrosion - as happens in the case of radiators made from other materials (e.g. steel). Very low water capacity ensures very good and efficient operation in modern, controlled heating systems.
