Radiator REGULUS R1/40

REGULLUS is a wall-mounted heater with a characteristic oval upper casing. These are lightweight heaters, stainless steel and resistant to high pressure and large pressure fluctuations in the installation. They can work with boilers: electric, gas and oil.

The REGULLUS heater is constructed from two systems: a water system and a heat emission system:

1. Water system – is built from evenly distributed horizontal copper heating pipes inside the heater, connected at the ends by vertical copper collecting headers. The connection of heating pipes with collectors is made by soldering (hard solder).
2. Heat emission system – is built from aluminum sheet fins mounted vertically on the heating pipes of the water system. Appropriately bent front and rear edges of the fins fit tightly together forming the front and rear wall of the heater. All casing elements are made of aluminum.

The connection of copper with aluminum is a dry connection, therefore no electrochemical phenomenon occurs in it.

• High efficiency at low supply temperatures – copper and aluminum have a high heat conduction coefficient (several times higher than steel and cast iron) – heat is emitted even with a small temperature difference (heater and surroundings),
• Low own weight and low water capacity means high heating dynamics, heaters quickly reach full rated power for a given supply temperature – low thermal inertia,
• Low thermal inertia allows precise, energy-efficient and easily controllable heating, this is effective operation in modern, controlled heating systems,
• High resistance to variable and high pressure,
