Tekla CLASSICO Boiler
CLASSICO FOR COAL is a modern steel manually loaded boiler designed exclusively for burning hard coal. The unit has been developed to provide efficient and more environmentally friendly heating. The specially engineered combustion chamber design allows the boiler to achieve efficiency levels of up to 91%, resulting in lower fuel consumption and reduced operating costs. The advanced technological solutions used in the boiler enable operation with a natural chimney draft, eliminating the need for additional combustion-support devices. The Classico model can be installed in both open and closed heating systems, providing great flexibility when modernizing existing installations or constructing new ones. The unit complies with the stringent requirements of Class 5 emission standards and Ecodesign regulations, as confirmed by the appropriate quality and safety certificates. Available in outputs ranging from 14 to 30 kW, the boiler can be matched to the needs of various residential buildings and central heating systems. Choosing this solution means not only thermal comfort but also conscious support for environmental protection.

Operating Principle
1. Shelf-type heat exchanger, 2. Ceramic nozzle set, 3. Inclined grate, 4. Draft regulator
Ignition Process:
When lighting the boiler, open the flue gas bypass damper, load a small amount of fuel and ignite it.
Combustion Process:
Once the fire has been established, fill the combustion chamber to its full capacity and close the flue gas bypass damper.
