Description

The boiler DEFRO Optima Komfort Eko is a hopper-fed boiler for hard coal. It has a body made of certified boiler steel sheet. Cooperation with an accumulation tank is required.

Primary air is supplied gravitationally from outside using a tilting damper located in the firebox-ash pan doors, controlled by means of a draft gauge.

The boiler is adapted for installation in a closed system provided that safety devices are installed in accordance with the boiler's DTR and has the ability to regulate secondary air supply.

The boilers meet the energy and emission requirements of class 5 and have an Ecodesign Certificate.

The manufacturer recommends installing the boiler in combination with an accumulation tank and raising the temperature of the water returning to the boiler: in the form of a mixing valve or Laddomat. The minimum return temperature should be 55°C.
