MAXIMUM ENERGY EFFICIENCY

The body and front are made of high-quality steel, resistant to very high temperatures. The interior of the combustion chamber is lined with TERMOTEC material, which accumulates heat, increases combustion temperature, and prolongs heat retention. The use of a high flue outlet and horizontally arranged smoke tubes increases the heat exchange surface between the insert and the surroundings, while simultaneously lowering the flue gas temperature and improving the device’s efficiency. The fireplace door, made of a closed profile, is characterized by high durability and resistance to stress. The seal has been placed in a specially shaped channel, ensuring stable adhesion and preventing it from falling out during use. The deflector extends the path of the flue gases, enabling afterburning of fuel particles and increasing combustion efficiency. Air is supplied exclusively from the outside through an air intake connector with a diameter of 125 mm. Regulation is carried out using a single controller, minimizing the risk of incorrect operation. The triple air supply system includes primary air directed to the combustion plate, secondary air supplied through openings in the rear wall, and an air curtain that keeps the glass clean.

HIGHEST LEVEL OF SAFETY

Solid welds made under noble gas shielding guarantee high tightness of the structure. Steel components are precisely laser-cut and formed on CNC bending machines. The front is equipped with heat-resistant ceramic, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 660°C.

ECOLOGICAL COMBUSTION

The device meets the requirements of the Ecodesign directive and the BImSchV 2 standard regarding the limitation of carbon monoxide (CO) emissions.

USER COMFORT

The grate-free insert allows wood to burn down to fine ash, maximizing heat energy use and reducing residue. The lowered bottom plate relative to the door makes operation easier. The door operates in a lift-up system, based on a counterweight mechanism with guides and bearings, ensuring smooth, quiet, and trouble-free operation. The construction protects the seals and guarantees full tightness of the combustion chamber when closed. Additionally, the door can be opened sideways, making it easier to clean the glass and the interior of the fireplace. The clean glass system reduces soot deposits.

The decorative glass panel, resistant to temperatures up to 660°C, gives the fireplace an elegant, modern look and visually enlarges its front.
