Description
PEREKO Q-PER is eco-pea coal boiler of small dimensions is adapted to work in both open (gravity) and forced circulation systems, provided that appropriate safeguards are installed. Boiler body is made of P265GH steel sheet intended for production of pressure equipment and at elevated temperatures. Contruction of heat exchanger allows for easy cleaning, the upper door (in case of higher power output, middle door) is used for cleaning heat exchanger and the lower door for ash removal. External panels fixed to boiler base cover mechanical parts of boiler as well as improve aesthetics. Powder coating of panels ensures their resistance to temperature and protects them against corrosion.
The fuel is fed automatically by a steel screw. Boiler has 1" supply and return connections with internal thread. Horizontal flue gas swirls are located in the heat exchanger ducts. They are designed to slow down flue gas flow, which increases efficiency of boiler as well as its output.
Microprocessor controller of boiler is located in the upper part of boiler and is designed to manage the operation boiler and maintain set temperature. Moreover, it is equipped with a sensor for operation control and emergency shutdown of boiler when water temperature rises above 95 °C. The controller has possibility, after connecting an additional module, to access device remotely using an application on smartphone. Factory settings and thus the controller algorithm have been optimized so that any kind of eco-powder of different quality can be burned.
