WGJ-S MAX+ Heat Exchangers
As pressure-type accumulation water heaters, they are designed for heating and storing hot utility water for apartments, single- and multi-family homes, public utility facilities, industrial facilities and others in cooperation with low-temperature water heating boilers, and especially with heat pumps. WGJ-S MAX+ heat exchangers are equipped with a spiral coil with a large heat exchange surface and capacity, which ensures rapid heat exchange and quick heating of utility water.
WGJ-S FIT MAX+ type heat exchangers have been adapted for installation in rooms with doors as narrow as 70cm. The heat exchanger tanks are made of steel sheet coated inside with a layer of special high-temperature ceramic enamel, which by forming a glassy coating protects them against corrosion. An additional anti-corrosion protection for the tanks is a magnesium anode, whose action is based on the difference in electrochemical potentials of the tank material and the anode. Thermal insulation is made of polystyrene foam permanently bonded to the tank walls. The external casing of the heat exchanger is made of skay-type plastic.
