Conversion kit PROSAT PLUS 4 class for Viadrus U22 and U26 - 4 segments

The set is designed to convert an ordinary, cast iron Viadrus U22 and U26 boiler into an automatic boiler equipped with a controller and fan.
The set is adapted for burning the following fuels: hard coal – eco pea coal, lignite – eco pea coal.

To increase the longevity and durability of the entire set, a special burner was made of cast iron which is much more resistant to high temperatures and rust than ordinary steel. Thanks to the use of modern technologies during burner construction, it became possible to burn lower quality fuels as well as those with higher moisture content.

The base of the set is universal and can be mounted on either the right or left side of the boiler. The fuel tank has a capacity of approximately 180 kg (coal). The doors are sealed so that moist air cannot reach the fuel.

The expansion set can also be applied to all steel boilers that fit dimensionally to the base.

2. Compare the outline of the bottom of your boiler with the base dimensions shown in the drawings.
