Automatic boiler Defro Komfort Eko LUX 12 kW with feeder on right side

The boiler KOMFORT EKO LUX is a boiler from the Komfort Eko series, intended for installation in an open heating system, it can be installed in a closed heating system with a working pressure not exceeding 2.5 bar provided that thermal protection is applied, e.g. cooling valve DBV-2. Installation protection should meet the requirements of standards PN-EN-12828 and PN-EN 303-5.

The boiler KOMFORT EKO LUX has been equipped with an advanced K1Pv4 controller with a color touch panel (additionally supports heating installation components). It is possible to purchase a GSM or INTERNET module, which allows us to monitor the boiler outside the home.

The furnace also has an innovative solution, which is the ABM system, an energy-saving gear motor (power consumption 30W) with high efficiency and self-reversing in case of fuel feeder blockage.

The combustion chamber is equipped with automatic retort burner. In the flue gas ducts there are economizers (flue gas swirlers) designed to increase boiler efficiency and reduce flue gas emission levels. Fuel for the combustion process is transported automatically from the fuel tank located nearby using an auger feeder.

Flue gases are discharged to the chimney through the flue located in the rear or upper wall of the boiler (CG version). For loading purposes as well as periodic cleaning and maintenance, the boiler is equipped with closed and sealed combustion chamber and ash pan doors. Additionally, cleaning doors are located on the front of the boiler - depending on the boiler power, single or double.

The fuel tank is equipped with a filling hatch with a sealed closing mechanism. It has a flap opening sensor, which protects against leaving the fuel tank cover open. To reduce heat loss, the external surface of the boiler is insulated from the surroundings using external steel sheet casing, under which thermal insulation made of asbestos-free mineral wool is placed.

The boiler heat exchanger was made of certified boiler steel with a thickness of 6 mm.

System equalizing pressure in the fuel tank.

The manufacturer provides a 5-year warranty on heat exchanger tightness and a 2-year warranty on proper operation of the boiler and other components.

Vertical or horizontal flue configuration after installing a swivel elbow (swivel elbow is not part of boiler equipment);

Boiler adapted as standard for installation in a closed system provided that it is installed in accordance with the boiler technical documentation.

Ceramic catalysts stabilizing the combustion process.

Change of door opening direction (does not apply to internal glowing doors).

Fuel tank cover opening sensor.

ADAPTIVE CONTROL - boiler operation adjustment based on air flow through the heat exchanger.

K1P v4 controller with color touch panel supporting 4 pumps (heating, hot water, circulation, floor heating). Mixing valve control. Ability to control via GSM or INTERNET - paid option, adjustable control panel angle.

High thermal efficiency reaching 90% thanks to increased heat recovery from flue gases.
