The KOMFORT EKO LUX boiler is a boiler from the Komfort Eko series, designed for installation in an open heating system. It can be installed in a closed heating system with a working pressure not exceeding 2.5 bar, provided that thermal protection is applied, such as a DBV-2 cooling valve. Installation protections should meet the requirements of standards PN-EN-12828 and PN-EN 303-5.

The KOMFORT EKO LUX boiler has been equipped with an advanced K1Pv4 controller with a color touch panel (additionally handles heating installation components). It is possible to purchase a GSM or INTERNET module, which gives us remote control over the boiler outside the home.

The boiler also features an innovative solution in the form of the ABM system, an energy-saving geared motor (power consumption 30W) with high efficiency and auto-reverse in case of fuel feeder blockage.

The combustion chamber is equipped with an automatic retort burner. In the flue gas ducts are placed economizers (flue gas swirlers), designed to increase boiler efficiency and reduce flue gas emission levels. Fuel for the combustion process is transported automatically from the fuel tank located nearby using a screw conveyor.

Flue gases are discharged to the chimney through a flue outlet located in the rear or upper wall of the boiler (CG version). For loading purposes and periodic cleaning and maintenance, the boiler is equipped with closed and sealed furnace-ash pan doors. Additionally, cleaning doors are located on the front of the boiler - depending on the boiler output, single or double.

The fuel tank is equipped with a filling hatch with a sealed closing mechanism. It has a flap opening sensor, which protects against leaving the fuel tank cover open. To reduce heat loss, the external surface of the boiler is insulated from the surroundings using external steel sheet cladding, under which thermal insulation is placed made of asbestos-free mineral wool.

The boiler heat exchanger is made of certified boiler steel with a thickness of 6 mm.

System equalizing pressure in the fuel tank.

The manufacturer provides a 5-year warranty on heat exchanger tightness and a 2-year warranty on proper boiler operation and other components.

Vertical or horizontal flue outlet configuration after mounting the swivel elbow (swivel elbow is not part of boiler equipment);

Boiler adapted as standard for installation in a closed system, provided that installation is in accordance with the boiler DTR.

Ceramic catalysts stabilizing the combustion process.

Change of door opening direction (does not apply to internal incandescent doors).

Fuel tank cover opening sensor.

ADAPTIVE CONTROL - boiler operation regulation based on air flow through the heat exchanger.

K1P v4 controller with color touch panel controlling 4 pumps (heating, hot water, circulation, floor heating). Mixing valve handling. Possibility of control via GSM or INTERNET - option paid separately, adjustable angle of the control panel position.

High thermal efficiency reaching 90% thanks to increased heat recovery from flue gases.
