Private Customers

Value Added Tax is required to be paid by private consumers living within the European Union (EU).

If you reside outside the EU, you do not need to pay Polish VAT. You can divide the prices by 1.23. However, you might be required to pay taxes in your own country.

Companies

If you have a registered company, you do not need to pay VAT in Poland. You can also divide all prices by 1.23. However, VAT must then be paid in your home country.

To purchase without VAT (net prices), please provide:

1. Proof of company registration
2. Document from your financial office showing your VAT number
