Thermal protection of the installation is used to protect solid fuel boilers in heating systems equipped with thermostatic valves in accordance with Polish Standard PN-EN303-5. It is particularly recommended for boilers that are not equipped with a cooling heat exchanger.
Thermal safety valve 5067 consists of the following parts: check valve, pressure reducer, thermically controlled fill valve and discharge valve, temperature sensor with capillary.
The reducing valve is connected to the water network, the outlet of the thermically controlled fill valve is connected to the boiler return line. The discharge valve is connected to the supply line and hot water from the heating system flows out, thanks to which the boiler cools down.
