TECH F-12b – wired room regulator with air humidity measurement

TECH F-12b is a dedicated wired room regulator designed for installation in a frame. The device allows room temperature control, implementation of a time-based heating program and air humidity measurement. The regulator communicates via a wired RS 485 connection.

Regulator equipment

TECH F-12b is equipped with a built-in room sensor and an LCD display. The regulator also allows a floor temperature sensor to be connected.

The F-12b room regulator is designed to work with L-12, ML-12 and L-X WiFi control strips.

Frame installation

The regulator housing is designed for installation in a frame. The F-12b can be used with selected frame systems from Berker, Jung, Gira, Siemens and Schneider.

Humidity and temperature measurement

The F-12b regulator provides information about the current temperature and air humidity to the cooperating control strip. The current temperature is displayed on the LCD screen. Using the Menu button, the displayed value can be changed to the current air humidity or floor temperature, if the appropriate sensor is connected.

Temperature setting

The regulator allows the set temperature in the zone to be changed permanently or with a time limit.

Can the TECH F-12b work with a floor temperature sensor?

Yes. The TECH F-12b allows a floor temperature sensor to be connected. When the sensor is connected, the regulator can display the current floor temperature.
