Description
Connections: Fixed connection with immobile internal thread 1/2"
Warranty: 25 years - objects with microclimate characteristic of residential premises, offices, public offices, etc.
Warranty: 10 years - objects with above-average air humidity and increased hygienic and sanitary conditions such as swimming pools, car washes, dryers, floating units, service facilities and all industrial objects including port infrastructure.
The radiator REGULUS - Sollarius system consists of two systems: a water system and a heat emission system.
Water system – consists of evenly distributed horizontal copper heating pipes inside the radiator connected at the ends by vertical copper collecting manifolds. The connection of heating pipes with manifolds is made by soldering (hard solder).
Heat emission system – consists of aluminum sheet fins mounted vertically on the heating pipes of the water system. Appropriately bent front and rear edges of the fins fit tightly together, forming the front and rear walls of the radiator.
The connection of copper with aluminum is a dry connection, therefore no electrochemical phenomenon occurs in it.
Surface finish
Degreasing and powder coating, standard white color (RAL 9003), any color from the RAL palette is available on request. The offer also includes a special color version Regulus METALLIC – polished aluminum surface covered with colorless powder paint
Unique features of Regulus-system REGULUS radiators
- very large heat emission surface + low self-weight = high heating dynamics
- radiators quickly reach full rated power for the given supply temperature and are characterized by minimal thermal inertia
- high efficiency also at low supply temperatures
- resistance to variable and high pressure
- light – easy to transport and install
- high corrosion resistance
- high efficiency resulting from the properties of materials used
- long warranty period for both open and closed systems
Standard equipment
- factory-installed thermostatic valve with pre-setting
- air vent
- brackets (stands for free-standing radiators)
- complete set of seals
- screws, dowels
- o-rings
The materials from which the radiator is made - copper and aluminum - are light and have a high heat conduction coefficient (several times higher than steel and cast iron). This promotes very intensive heat distribution throughout the entire radiator structure and heat emission even with a small temperature difference - between the radiator and the environment. Radiators "REGULUS - system" are characterized by high corrosion resistance, which significantly extends their service life and reduces investment costs. They do not require the use of corrosion inhibitors. Both the copper water system and the aluminum heat-emitting fins are not subject to destructive corrosion - as is the case with radiators made from other materials (e.g. steel). Very low water capacity ensures very good and efficient operation in modern, controlled central heating systems.
