Radiator REGULUS RD8/60

REGULLUS is a wall-mounted heater with a characteristic oval upper casing. These are lightweight heaters, stainless steel and resistant to high pressures and large pressure fluctuations in the installation. They can work with boilers: electric, gas and oil.

The REGULLUS heater is constructed from two systems: a water system and a heat transfer system:

1. Water system – it is built from uniformly distributed horizontal copper heating tubes inside the heater, connected at the ends by vertical copper collecting manifolds. The connection of heating tubes with manifolds is made by soldering (hard solder).
2. Heat transfer system – it is built from aluminum sheet fins positioned vertically on the heating tubes of the water system. Appropriately bent front and rear edges of the fins fit tightly together creating the front and rear walls of the heater. All casing elements are made of aluminum.

The connection of copper with aluminum is a dry connection, therefore no electrochemical phenomenon occurs in it.

• Low self-weight and small water capacity means high heating dynamics, heaters quickly reach full rated power for a given supply temperature – low thermal inertia,
• Low thermal inertia enables precise, energy-saving and easily controllable heating, it is effective operation in modern, controlled central heating systems,
