Modern Combustion Technology

The Firematic features a two-zone combustion chamber and an electronically controlled lambda sensor that continuously monitors the flue gas composition. The controller automatically regulates both the fuel supply and the primary and secondary air flow, maintaining optimal combustion conditions regardless of fuel quality or current boiler load.

This technology reduces emissions, increases boiler efficiency, and lowers pellet or wood chip consumption. Stable combustion also extends the service life of the boiler's components.

Automatic Cleaning

One of the greatest advantages of the HERZ Firematic boiler is its high level of automation. The movable grate automatically removes combustion residues, ensuring the correct air supply to the combustion chamber. As a result, daily manual cleaning is virtually eliminated.

The heat exchanger is equipped with automatic turbulators that regularly clean the heat transfer surfaces during normal operation. This helps maintain maximum efficiency throughout the entire heating season.

Generated ash and fly ash are automatically transported by screw conveyors into front-mounted ash containers, which can be easily removed and emptied.

HERZ T-CONTROL Controller

The heart of the boiler is the modern HERZ T-CONTROL controller featuring a full-color touchscreen display. The system manages the entire combustion process while controlling all connected heating system components.

The controller supports buffer tank management, domestic hot water production, mixing valves, circulation pumps, solar heating systems, and multiple heating circuits. Thanks to its modular design, the system can be easily expanded in the future according to the user's needs.

An additional advantage is the ability to remotely monitor and control the boiler using a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Everyday Operating Comfort

Automatic ignition, fuel feeding, grate cleaning, heat exchanger cleaning, and ash removal reduce daily maintenance to little more than periodically refilling the fuel hopper and emptying the ash containers.
