SMART KOMFORT 11–25 kW is a modern pellet boiler designed for efficient heating of single-family homes and commercial buildings. The appliance uses wood pellets compliant with the 303-5:2021+A1:2023-05 standard and is available in four nominal output variants: 11 kW, 15 kW, 20 kW and 25 kW.

The SMART KOMFORT boiler features Class 5 and meets Ecodesign requirements. The applied design solutions and automatic operation help reduce the amount of daily maintenance required. The automatic feeder supplies fuel to the burner, while automatic burner cleaning helps maintain proper combustion conditions.

Automatic Pellet Feeder

The SMART KOMFORT is equipped with an automatic fuel feeder that transports pellets from the hopper to the burner. Automatic fuel feeding increases user comfort and reduces the need for manual operation.

The heat exchanger is equipped with flue gas turbulators that increase the turbulence of the flowing flue gases. This solution supports heat transfer between the flue gases and the boiler's water jacket.

Horizontal Convection Channels

Rear Flue Outlet

The flue outlet is located at the rear of the boiler. This solution allows the flue pipe to be routed directly towards the chimney.

Ceramic Plates in the Combustion Chamber

Ceramic plates are installed in the combustion chamber and influence the conditions of the combustion process. The ceramic screens increase the temperature inside the combustion chamber and retain particles rising above the combustion area, supporting their further combustion.

The use of ceramic plates contributes to increasing the boiler's thermal efficiency and reducing the amount of harmful compounds contained in the flue gases.

DW Pellet Burner

The SMART KOMFORT boiler is equipped with a DW pellet burner designed to burn wood pellets compliant with the 303-5:2021+A1:2023-05 standard.

Automatic Ceramic Igniter

The DW burner is equipped with an automatic ceramic igniter responsible for igniting the pellets. According to the manufacturer, the igniter reaches a high temperature quickly and is resistant to high temperatures and mechanical wear.

Automatic Burner Cleaning

The automatic burner cleaning system removes accumulated ash and deposits, helping to maintain proper combustion conditions.

Platinum Touch x40 is a touchscreen room thermostat equipped with a display that allows temperature management and weekly operating schedule programming.

Platinum Touch x80 Room Thermostat

Platinum Touch x80 offers extended programming and heating system control capabilities. The device features a larger touchscreen and functions enabling control of several heating circuits and integration with smart home systems.

Platinum ecoSTER100 Room Thermostat

Platinum ecoSTER100 enables boiler control from the user interface. The thermostat allows room temperature adjustment as well as control of heating circuits and domestic hot water operation.

ecoMAX 360B – Platinum B/C Expansion Module

ecoMAX 360B – Platinum B/C enables control of additional heating circuits, pumps and actuators. The solution is intended for installations requiring the management of multiple heating zones.

Lambda Probe

The Lambda probe is used to monitor the combustion process and automatically optimize the amount of air supplied to the combustion chamber.
