SEG PELLET 75–100 kW Boiler

The SEG PELLET 75–100 kW is a modern boiler designed for efficient heating of commercial buildings. The unit uses wood pellet combustion technology in accordance with the EN 303-5:2021-09 standard, providing high operating efficiency while limiting emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere.

The boiler has an EcoDesign Certificate and meets the requirements of Class 5 boilers, confirming compliance with applicable environmental requirements. The manufacturer also provides a 5-year warranty*, offering additional protection for the user.

Automatic Feeder

The automatic feeder supplies pellets from the hopper to the burner, increasing the comfort of using the boiler.

• Automatic fuel feeding – pellets are transported from the hopper without the need for manual feeding of the burner.
• Smooth operation – the feeder has been designed to ensure stable operation of the unit.
• Large fuel hopper – its capacity allows the boiler to operate for longer periods between fuel refills.

Automatic fuel feeding reduces the amount of daily boiler maintenance required.

Limit Switch

The boiler is equipped with a limit switch located in the door. When the door is opened, the operation of the burner and other boiler components is automatically stopped.

Flue Gas Turbulators

• Improved heat transfer – increased turbulence of the flowing flue gases supports heat transfer to the water jacket.
• More efficient energy utilisation – the solution supports high thermal efficiency of the boiler.

Horizontal and Vertical Convection Channels | Shelf-Type

The use of horizontal and vertical convection channels enables easy cleaning of the heat exchanger from the front and from the top. The design supports efficient heat transfer from the combustion chamber.

Rear Flue Outlet

The rear-mounted flue outlet allows the boiler to be directly connected to the chimney system, making the connection easier.

Ceramic Plates

Ceramic plates are used in the combustion chamber to support the combustion process.

• Increase the combustion temperature and support the afterburning of suspended particles.
• Contribute to increasing boiler efficiency.
• Help reduce emissions of harmful compounds.

Pellet Burner

The boiler is equipped with a PPW burner designed for the combustion of wood pellets in accordance with the EN 303-5:2021-09 standard.

The automatic ceramic igniter provides:

• Fast ignition – enables the required temperature to be reached quickly.
• Long service life – the ceramic construction is resistant to high temperatures and wear.

The burner cleaning system enables:

• Automatic removal of ash and deposits.
• Maintaining stable burner operating conditions.
• Reduced need for manual maintenance.

PLATINUM PELLET Controller

The PLATINUM PELLET controller is designed to manage boiler operation. It features a colour touchscreen display that allows the operating parameters of the unit to be configured.

Controller functions:

• Control of one C.H.1 mixing circuit with a room thermostat.
• Control of C.W.U., C.O. and additional heating zone pumps, e.g. underfloor heating.
• RTC clock – allows a weekly boiler operating schedule to be programmed.
• Weather-dependent control – adjustment of operation according to the time of day and weather conditions.
• FuzzyLogic and PID systems – functions supporting the monitoring of boiler operating parameters and diagnostics.

The controller is compatible with the ecoNET300 internet module, which enables remote boiler control using a smartphone or computer.
