Boiler for pellet Metal-Fach COMPACT 14 kW

COMPACT 8–14 kW is a modern boiler designed for efficient heating of holiday homes and small single-family buildings. The unit uses wood pellets compliant with the 303-5:2021+A1:2023-05 standard. The boiler's design and applied solutions enable automatic operation with limited user intervention.

The COMPACT boiler meets Ecodesign requirements and belongs to boiler class 5. It is available in three nominal output variants: 8 kW, 10 kW and 14 kW. The manufacturer provides the possibility of obtaining a 5-year warranty*.

Automatic Pellet Feeder

The COMPACT is equipped with an automatic pellet feeder responsible for delivering fuel from the hopper to the burner. This solution improves user comfort and reduces the need for manual fuel feeding.

Automatic fuel feeding ensures continuity of the combustion process and reduces the range of daily tasks performed by the user.

Automatic Burner Cleaning

The pellet burner is equipped with an automatic cleaning system that removes accumulating ash and deposits. This reduces the need for manual burner cleaning.

Automatic Ceramic Igniter

The burner features an automatic ceramic igniter responsible for igniting the pellets. The manufacturer indicates that it quickly reaches a high temperature and is resistant to high temperatures and mechanical wear.

Circulation Pump

The built-in circulation pump is responsible for return protection. Its operation is controlled based on information from the return temperature sensor. If the return temperature is too low, the pump is activated.

Flue Gas Turbulators

The boiler heat exchanger is equipped with flue gas turbulators, which increase the turbulence of the flowing flue gases and support heat exchange between the flue gases and the boiler's water jacket.

Vertical Tubular Convection Channels

The heat exchanger uses vertical tubular convection channels designed for automatic cleaning. Their construction enables efficient heat recovery from the combustion chamber.

Rear Flue Outlet

The flue outlet is located at the rear of the boiler, allowing the flue gas pipe to be routed directly towards the chimney.

Hopper Extension (optional)

The optional extension increases the capacity of the standard fuel hopper. This allows the boiler to operate for a longer period without the need for frequent pellet refilling.

Hydraulic Module (optional)

The optional hydraulic module includes an expansion vessel, safety valve and air vent. The expansion vessel compensates for changes in water volume occurring during heating and cooling of the heating system.

Placing the expansion vessel directly inside the boiler saves space in the boiler room and simplifies installation.

PLATINUM PELLET Controller

The COMPACT boiler is equipped with a PLATINUM PELLET controller with a colour touchscreen display. The controller allows management of boiler operating parameters and basic functions of the heating system.
