EKO MAX boilers are boilers powered by eco-friendly coal dust, designed for heating large-format surfaces. The Eko Max boiler is built from high-quality certified steel sheets. It consists of two parts: the combustion chamber, where all fuel combustion processes occur with fuel supplied by the feeding system with air assistance, and the convection section which constitutes a two-pass horizontal flame tube heat exchanger, which transitions into a flue at the rear of the boiler. The combustion chamber door is equipped with a sight glass, allowing us to monitor the flame state in the combustion chamber. To reduce heat loss, the external part of the boiler is insulated using steel sheet casing, under which thermal insulation is placed. The furnace also has an electronic controller, which monitors the temperature level in the boiler and adjusts it accordingly. It also controls the operation of the central heating and domestic hot water pumps.
