The boiler KOMFORT EKO LUX is a boiler from the Komfort Eko series, intended for installation in an open heating system, it can be installed in a closed heating system, with working pressure not exceeding 2.5 bar provided that thermal protection is applied, e.g. DBV-2 cooling valve. Installation safety devices should meet the requirements of PN-EN-12828 and PN-EN 303-5 standards.

The boiler KOMFORT EKO LUX has been equipped with an advanced K1Pv4 controller with a color touch panel (additionally supports heating system components). There is an option to purchase a GSM or INTERNET module, which allows us to monitor the boiler outside the home.

The furnace also features an innovative solution in the form of the ABM system, an energy-efficient motor-reducer (power consumption 30W) with high efficiency and auto-reverse in case of fuel feeder blockage.

The combustion chamber is equipped with automatic retort burner. In the flue gas passages, economizers (flue gas swirlers) are placed to increase boiler efficiency and reduce the level of flue gas emissions. Fuel for the combustion process is automatically transported from the fuel tank located nearby by means of a screw feeder.

Flue gases are discharged to the chimney through a flue located in the rear or top wall of the boiler (CG version). For loading purposes and cleaning and periodic maintenance, the boiler is equipped with sealed and closed furnace-ash drawer doors. In addition, cleaning doors are placed in the front of the boiler - depending on the boiler's power, single or double.

The fuel tank is equipped with a filler port with a sealed closing mechanism. It has a flap opening sensor, which protects against leaving the fuel tank cover open. To reduce heat loss, the external surface of the boiler is insulated from the surroundings using external steel sheet casing, under which thermal insulation made of asbestos-free mineral wool is placed.

The boiler's heat exchanger was made from certified boiler steel with a thickness of 6 mm.

Pressure equalization system in the fuel tank.

The manufacturer provides a 5-year warranty for heat exchanger tightness and a 2-year warranty for proper boiler operation and other components.

The boiler is standard adapted for installation in a closed system provided installation is in accordance with the boiler DTR.

Ceramic catalysts stabilizing the combustion process.

Change of door opening direction (does not apply to internal glowing doors).

Tank cover opening sensor.

ADAPTIVE CONTROL - boiler operation regulation based on air flow through the heat exchanger.

K1P v4 controller with color touch panel controlling 4 pumps (heating, hot water, circulation, floor). Mixing valve control. Possibility of control via GSM or INTERNET - paid option, adjustable angle of control panel position.

High thermal efficiency reaching 90% thanks to increased heat recovery from flue gases.
