SMOK systems are modern, fully automatic biomass boilers designed for burning renewable fuels with moisture content up to 25%.
The devices have been designed for efficient, economical and safe use of various types of biomass. The complete SMOK biomass combustion system with a cast iron head includes a heat exchanger, burner, fuel transport system, fuel tank or spring agitator, forming an integrated heating solution with a high level of automation. The heat exchanger is equipped with an innovative self-cleaning mechanism that reduces the need for manual maintenance and helps maintain high operational efficiency over a long period of time.
The burner features a mechanical grate cleaning system and an ash removal system from beneath the combustion chamber. Optimal combustion conditions are ensured by two fans – a supply fan and an exhaust fan – which provide even air distribution, resulting in high energy efficiency and low emissions. The combustion process is supervised by advanced PLUM control automation, which precisely manages the entire system and adjusts its parameters to current demand. Each set is equipped with an extensive fire protection system. It includes a rotary valve feeder, a BVTS valve, and a temperature sensor of the feeder housing. This solution significantly increases safety and makes the device one of the safest in its category.
A wide range of fuel storage capacities – from 4 m³ to 27 m³ – as well as the option of using a spring agitator allow optimal adaptation of the installation to available space and individual user requirements. The combination of modern technology, a high level of automation and reduced maintenance makes SMOK a versatile heating solution suitable for many applications. These devices are primarily used in production plants where biomass is a by-product of the technological process. They are also successfully used for heating large industrial and warehouse halls, administrative buildings, educational facilities, hotels, religious buildings and spacious single-family homes.

Spring agitator
The spring agitator is a fuel feeding system. It is designed to work with Moderator boilers or as an auxiliary device for other boilers. It allows an existing room to be adapted as a fuel storage area. Adjustment of the feed angle and rotation of the head relative to the feeder in the horizontal plane allow adaptation to different boiler room sizes and layouts, making it a practical and ergonomic device.

Available sizes: 4 m³, 6 m³, 8 m³, 10 m³ and 27 m³.
They are equipped with loosening and feeding mechanisms. They are dedicated to the SMOK line but can also be used with other heating devices.
