The ATTACK DPX boiler is a wood-fired boiler from the 6000 series. It is designed for burning wood, which makes it very user-friendly. This gasifying boiler is eco-friendly, offering high-quality construction and excellent efficiency. The larger loading chamber saves time on continuous refueling. Heating with the DPX boiler provides high comfort and durability. This boiler is a versatile solution, ensuring efficient biomass combustion, resulting in high boiler efficiency. You can choose between versions with the door opening on the right or left side. The DPX15 version does not have flue gas turbulators, so the boiler needs manual cleaning.
Warranty for ATTACK boilers:
- 24 months
- 36 months if installed with a buffer tank and Laddomat charging unit
Long Burning Time
With full use of the loading chamber, the fuel in the boiler will burn continuously for 8-12 hours, depending on the boiler's power. Pieces of wood with a length of 1.2 meters only need to be cut in half to fit into the oversized loading chamber, allowing for the use of significantly larger wood pieces.
Automatic Chimney Flap
The DPX boiler has an automatic chimney flap for ignition and adding wood. The flap ensures direct exhaust of flue gases from the loading chamber to the chimney and facilitates easier boiler ignition. Opening the loading door also opens the flap, which closes automatically after door closure, eliminating the need for manual handling.
Wood Boiler and Its Quality
The DPX gasifying boiler, like all ATTACK products, is manufactured using high-quality materials and appropriate technological solutions, such as 6 mm thick boiler steel, movable turbulators, and refractory fittings for up to 1350°C. All of this guarantees the high quality of the boiler's construction.
Higher Boiler Power and Control Options
The DPX wood gasifying boiler is equipped with Profi regulation. The boiler control is very simple and intuitive, with each adjustment having different properties. Of course, the boiler has automatic shutdown after fuel burning, automatic cleaning, control of heating pumps, and charging of the accumulator tank. For greater boiler power, we recommend purchasing the accumulator tank together with the Laddomat mixing device.
Profi Boiler Regulation
If you need to control more devices, it is recommended to choose a boiler with the Profi control system. The Profi-type control system uses a more accurate PID regulator, allowing for more efficient regulation of parameters. This results in a more precise and smooth fan speed control, leading to better control of flue gas temperature, thus improving the boiler's final efficiency. In addition to the PID regulation, the Fuzzy Logic technology contributes to better combustion efficiency by using sensors to monitor combustion and adjust the process in real-time for optimization. The PROFI control system allows for handling complex heating systems. It can control the charging pump of the accumulator tank, domestic hot water, or the circulation pump. The presented system also supports the accumulator tank and prevents its discharge, shutting down the boiler if fuel is depleted. The PROFI regulation is straightforward and intuitive to use. The display shows all necessary operational information (boiler temperature, flue gas temperature, accumulator tank temperature) and the current status of individual components (fan operation, charging pump for domestic hot water/accumulator tank, circulation pump operation).
