Transporter for pellets EL-PF01 1500W with probe
Pellet Transporter
The pellet transporter is an automatic device enabling vacuum transportation of pellets from the fuel bulk storage to the pellet container located directly next to the pellet boiler. The principle of pellet transport is based on the use of vacuum generated by the transporter's turbine, drawing pellets into the transporter's container. When the container is filled, the turbine temporarily shuts off and the container is emptied. Re-engaging the turbine closes the container's discharge flap, and the generated vacuum starts drawing pellets again. The loading process continues until the fuel is detected by the level sensor equipped in the transporter.
An integral part of the transporter is the suction head included in the set, also known as the probe. This device is equipped with two nozzles. The lower nozzle is used to draw pellets under the intake hose inlet of the transporter, while the upper connection is the clean air nozzle returning from the transporter. Proper operation of the probe requires its correct placement in the pellet storage, to allow for maximum emptying of the storage space where the head operates.
The transporter is designed to be installed on any open or closed pellet container, whose width or length does not exceed 1.5m. The transporter's telescopes can be extended to this width. The maximum length of the intake and return hose is 15m.
The device described in the manual is dedicated to both open and closed containers. Open containers are those where it is not necessary to maintain slight overpressure in the container space, and the pellets stored in it are in direct contact with the environment. In a closed container, its tightness is required during boiler operation, and the pellets do not have direct contact with the surrounding air.
The drive of the transporter's flap ensures that the device remains tight after loading is completed. Additionally, the closure is equipped with two limit sensors informing about the proper operation of the drive and flap. The drive flap is standard equipment of the transporter equipped with a suction head.
