Burner PELLASX M 50

The innovative M series offers a new range of devices available in the PellasX catalog. The burners equipped with a multi-stage, movable grate embody the essence of the best technologies and materials used in the brand's previous designs. By combining proven and reliable mechanisms used in low-power burners with durable materials used in industrial burners, a construction of extremely high efficiency and compact size has been created. Available power options are 50, 70, 100, and 130 kW.

The most important design innovation in the presented M series is the multi-stage, movable grate. It consists of segmented plates made of the InCroX alloy developed by PellasX. Thanks to this solution, the grate can freely operate in cleaning mode during combustion. The progressive movement of the grate plates allows for effective removal of ash and slag, even from fuels with a high degree of sintering. This enables the burning of pellets with various impurities.

DOUBLE-REINFORCED REFRACTORY CERAMICS - These are ceramic materials that debuted technologically in high-power burners, where they worked under constant, high thermal load. We approach them uncompromisingly, ensuring quality control, manufacturing technology, and the materials used. We use heat-resistant concrete reinforced with polypropylene fibers and dispersed reinforcement made of heat-resistant wire. The modular design of the ceramics ensures easy replacement and, after disassembly, allows full access to the entire combustion chamber, facilitating service work.

GRATE DRIVE - The M series burners not only feature materials resistant to high temperature and aggressive exhaust environment, proven even in the most challenging conditions, but also the latest solutions available in the field of drives, including synchronous motors. They are used in the M series for grate drive. They are characterized by low energy consumption, high torque, and excellent performance.

Thanks to the special construction of the grate bed and the method of power transmission, the entire combustion chamber operates silently during both combustion and cleaning. Another, simultaneously one of the most recognizable features of PellasX burners, is the HYBRID DRIVE. We have also implemented this proprietary system in the M series. Thanks to it, we can precisely dose the fuel into the combustion chamber while maintaining the proper ratio to the supplied air. The combination of a fan with an internal feeder drive translates into energy savings and an additional safety system based on the Hall sensor.

COMPACT DESIGN - The new M series stands out with its small dimensions in its thermal power category. Thanks to well-thought-out design solutions, removing the housing provides full access to all mechanical and electrical components of the burner. All mechanical components are placed at a safe distance from the high-temperature zone, making the burners easy to operate and safe to use.
