Container Boiler Room Specification

5 units of DeDietrich AMC115 Evodens Pro hanging boilers.

The container includes:

• 1000-liter DHW heater DeDietrich BH 1000
• Grundfos circulation pumps
• BWT Aquadial 25 water softener
• EFAR shut-off valves
• SLOCA slant filters and check valves
• AFRISO/ESBE three-way valves
• GAZEX active gas safety system
• Jeremias flue gas installation (1.5 meters above the container roof)
• Central heating installations made of black steel pipes welded together
• Gas installation within the container made of seamless black steel pipes welded together
• Insulation of standard thickness made of mineral wool with aluminum foil

Container assumptions:

• Dimensions in plan 3.0 x 6.05 meters and a height of 2.5 meters
• Construction made of S235 steel profiles welded together
• Wall cladding made of sandwich panels with 120 mm mineral wool insulation (EI60 class)
• Container floor insulated with 80 mm mineral wool, separated from the base by smooth galvanized sheet
• Internal floor finished with aluminum chequer plate, painted with anti-slip paint
• Entrance doors "100", aluminum, glazed throughout the door leaf, equipped with self-closer and panic lock lever
• Inlet and outlet ventilation equipped with fire-resistant inserts according to the container housing class
• Electrical installation including socket outlets, lighting installation with light intensity compliant with Polish regulations, and equipotential bonding installation

The offer includes:

• Construction of the container boiler room according to the technological scheme provided by the Ordering Party
• Delivery of the boiler room to the construction site
• Connection of the boiler room to the installation stubs prepared by the Ordering Party inside the building (C.H., DHW, circulation, gas, electricity supply)
• System startup
• Preparation of documentation for the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT)
• Electrical installation testing and protocol submission
• Preparation of as-built documentation for the container boiler room

The offer does not include:

• Preparation of the foundation for the boiler room
• Provision of a crane
• Extension of installations beyond the boiler room enclosure (the boundary includes collars protruding outside the boiler room enclosure)

Warranty:

The completed work is covered by a 36-month warranty. The devices and materials used are subject to the manufacturer's warranty on terms defined by the manufacturer.
