The GRAND PELLLET boiler is the perfect solution for very large enterprises and production halls. It is adapted for efficient burning of various types of biomass, and the self-cleaning burner along with the automatic self-cleaning system of the boiler exchanger significantly reduces the frequency of boiler cleaning.
Fuel: Pellet
Pellet is an ecological fuel produced by compressing wood waste such as sawdust or shavings. It is completely natural, therefore, when burned, it does not emit harmful compounds into the atmosphere.
ecoNET Internet Module
A communication module that works with the PLATINUM controller, enabling servicing and operation management of the boiler using a computer, tablet, or mobile phone through an intuitive website www.econet24.com. Thanks to the built-in ecoNET module WWW server, it is possible to remotely manage the boiler operation in the local network without internet access.
Horizontal tubular convection channels
An efficient construction adapted for automatic cleaning of the exchanger. The construction of the boiler exchanger ensures high heat uptake from the combustion chamber.
Automatic ash removal system (Additional equipment)
The automatic ash removal process involves pushing the ash out of the boiler into specially designed containers. Both ash collection containers have wheels and handles, allowing you to efficiently pull or lift them.
Automatic feeder
The PLATINUM PELLET controller determines the fuel demand and doses the appropriate amount based on information received from sensors. As a result, the fuel burning process is very economical, ecological, and does not require additional user intervention.
Steel screens
Steel screens raise the temperature in the combustion chamber and trap particles floating above the hearth, burning them completely. As a result, the thermal efficiency of the furnace increases, and the emitted flue gases are significantly cleaner.
Vortexers connected with automatic cleaning of convection channels
Vortexers installed in the convection channels connected with the automatic cleaning system effectively reduce the speed of flue gas outlet. Thanks to systematic cleaning, the boiler maintains a constant high heat uptake through the water jacket. The use of automatic cleaning of convection channels contributes to reducing fuel consumption.
Exhaust fan
The exhaust fan effectively supports the natural draft of flue gases in the boiler and has adjustable height.
Self-cleaning PPW burner - for pellet
Quick ignition of the hearth and automatic cleaning of the hearth from ash. The burner is equipped with two automatic ceramic igniters for pellets and is designed for regular, automatic self-cleaning from ash. The burner construction allows for quickly reaching a high boiler temperature. All functions of cleaning the hearth from ash and fuel dosing can be adjusted according to the user's current needs.
