Boiler for wood Metal-Fach SEMAX OPTI 23 kW
The SEMAX OPTI boiler has been designed for individuals who have a large supply of fuel with a moisture content not exceeding 15-20%. Thanks to a properly designed innovative furnace structure, the fuel can be utilized more efficiently, significantly reducing the emission of harmful pollutants into the atmosphere.
Horizontal Convective Channels
SEMAX OPTI is adapted for quick cleaning of the heat exchanger from the front. The new type of boiler heat exchanger construction ensures high heat transfer from the combustion chamber and ceramic fittings, which increase its efficiency.
Chimney Outlets at the Back of the Boiler
The boiler construction has been designed so that the chimney outlets are located at the back, and it is possible to directly connect the chimney to them.
Secondary Air Inlet
To fully burn the fuel, the boiler construction includes six openings responsible for drawing in air. The amount of air can be regulated using dampers.
Smoke Exhaust Damper
Allows for effective removal of smoke from the combustion chamber.
Draft Regulator
Each SEMAX OPTI boiler in the series is equipped with a thermostatic chimney draft regulator.
Exhaust Fan (Additional Equipment)
It is responsible for preventing the escape of smoke from the boiler and effectively supports the natural draft of combustion gases in the boiler.
TECH ST-880 Controller with PID (Additional Equipment)
The controller has been programmed to automate the operation of the boiler to the maximum extent. The configuration of the TECH ST-880 controller with PID may be limited only to setting the desired temperature.
Manual Fuel Loading
Firewood - logs with a maximum moisture content of 15-20%. The firewood should be properly seasoned, serving as an eco-friendly fuel that meets all standards. By burning properly seasoned firewood, we produce a small amount of harmful substances into the atmosphere.
To ensure proper operation, the boiler must be connected to a heat buffer that absorbs excess heat.
