The GRAND PELLLET boiler is the perfect solution for very large enterprises and production halls. It is adapted for efficient combustion of various types of biomass, and the self-cleaning burner along with the automatic self-cleaning system of the boiler exchanger significantly reduces the frequency of boiler cleaning.
Fuel: Pellet
Pellet is an ecological fuel produced by compressing wood waste such as sawdust or shavings. It is entirely natural, thus burning it does not emit harmful compounds into the atmosphere.
ecoNET Web Module
A communication module cooperating with the PLATINUM controller that allows servicing and management of the boiler's operation via computer, tablet, or mobile phone through an intuitive website www.econet24.com. Thanks to the built-in WWW server in the ecoNET module, it is possible to remotely manage the boiler's operation in the local network without internet access.
Combined with Automatic Cleaning of Convective Channels
Mixers installed in the convective channels, combined with an automatic cleaning system, effectively reduce the exhaust gas velocity. Thanks to systematic cleaning, the boiler maintains a constant high heat transfer to the water jacket. The use of automatic cleaning of convective channels contributes to reducing fuel consumption.
Automatic Ash Removal System (Additional Equipment)
The automatic ash removal process involves pushing ash out of the boiler into specially designed containers. Both ash collection containers have wheels and a handle, allowing for easy pulling or lifting.
Automatic Feeder
The PLATINUM PELLET controller, based on information received from sensors, determines the fuel demand and doses the appropriate amount. As a result, the fuel combustion process is very efficient, environmentally friendly, and does not require additional user intervention.
Steel Screens
Steel screens raise the temperature in the combustion chamber and trap particles suspended above the hearth, burning them. As a result, the thermal efficiency of the furnace increases, and the emitted flue gases are significantly cleaner.
Limiter Switch
In consideration of your safety, the boiler is equipped with a limit switch. The limit protection system is located in the boiler door. Each opening of the door automatically stops the burner and other boiler elements until they are closed again.
Chimney Outlet Located at the Back
The boiler's design is such that the chimney outlets are located at the back. This solution in a central heating boiler allows for direct chimney outlet.
Vertical Convective Channels
An efficient design adapted for automatic cleaning of the exchanger. The construction of the boiler exchanger ensures high heat absorption from the hearth.
PPW Self-Cleaning Burner – for Pellet
Fast hearth ignition and automatic cleaning of the hearth from ash. The burner is equipped with two automatic ceramic igniters for pellets and is designed for regular, automatic cleaning from ash. The burner's design allows for quickly reaching the boiler's high temperature. All hearth cleaning functions and fuel dosing can be adjusted according to the user's current needs.
