Aluminosilicate Sealing Material for Boilers

The aluminosilicate yarn used in the sealing material, reinforced with inconel wire made of chromium-nickel steel, is characterized by excellent thermal resistance. Thanks to the applied weave, these properties have been enhanced with the high elasticity of the resulting sealing material.

The sealing material contains up to 18% organic fibers, which can burn off during the initial period of use without affecting the operating parameters. ECZ is a static sealant, ideal for use in:

  • furnaces,
  • flaps,
  • manholes,
  • inspection openings,
  • expansion joints.

The sealing material is used in applications such as:

  • power plants (coal mills),
  • metallurgy (coke oven batteries),
  • foundries (mold sealing),
  • ceramic industry (ceramic trolleys and kilns),
  • municipal economy (coal furnaces).

These products do not contain asbestos.
