Automatic wood chip feeder APSB 180 kW
These burners with feeders are used in production facilities where the fuel is a byproduct of production. They are also used to heat large areas like halls or warehouses, generally for offices, schools, hotels, and large single-family homes.
The cast iron burner R (standard version), in contrast to the RA burner (premium version), doesn't have ceramic inserts, limiting its ability to burn fuels with a moisture content of over 20%. Both the cast iron burner R and the RA version are equipped with a ceramic ignition.
BIOMASS BURNER IN THE R VERSION
Cast iron burner R for dry fuels
BIOMASS BURNER IN THE RA VERSION
Cast iron burner RA for biomass with a moisture content of up to 25%
RA burners for biomass combustion, together with a fuel feeding system, a cell rotary feeder, and a spring assembly, form automatic biomass fuel feeders.
RA burners feature a mechanical furnace cleaning system and a system for ash removal from the space below the furnace. The air supply fan and the multi-point air distribution ensure an adequate air distribution system, resulting in excellent combustion efficiency and emission control.
The combustion process is controlled by PLUM's latest control systems. After installing an internet module, the heads can be controlled via the internet using a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
Components of the APSB feeding system
Each device is equipped with a multi-level fire protection system. It consists of a cell rotary feeder, a BVTS valve, and a feed temperature sensor. The combination of these elements makes this set one of the safest in its class.
