Boiler for pellets Defro Alfa II 12 kW
Alfa II is designed for heating single-family houses, residential buildings and smaller public buildings. It is an automatic boiler, consisting of a boiler body and a fuel feeding system, which was placed in the casing. Casing consists of: combustion chamber, ashtray chamber, heat exchanger and flue gas outlet channel. Alfa II boiler It has a new intuitive APC 3 controller with a colour and touch screen. The stove can also work with a hot water installation with a heat exchanger.
Alfa II is designed for installation in an open heating system according to the PN-B-024 13:1991 standard. In case of installation in a closed heating system, a protection meeting the requirements of PN-EN 12828 and PN-EN 303-5 should be applied, while working pressure cannot exceed 2.5 bar.
It comes in two versions: STANDARD and PLUS, difference lies in the size of fuel tank (exact values are shown in table below):

Manufacturer gives 5 years warranty for the tightness of heat exchanger, 2 years for other components and efficient operation of boiler.

4 Weight of boiler depends on equipment. Weight of a boiler with an enlarged PLUS tank is about 20kg more.
5 Height of boiler can be additionally adjusted using included feet. The feet have an adjustment range of 38-50mm.
6 Width of ALFA II / ALFA II PLUS boiler is 388mm larger respectively.
7 Condition for installation in a closed system is the use of thermal protection, e.g. DBV-2.
