Boiler Tank Drying Kit OGNIWO EKO PLUS
The assembly kit for the ventilation hose of the solid fuel tank in an automatic boiler with a feeder from the OGNIWO EKO PLUS series allows for drying fuel and improving (reducing fuel moisture level) the efficiency of the combustion process and extending the life of the boiler tank by protecting it against corrosion.
Boiler tank ventilation kit includes:
- sealing silicone for connections
- flexible reinforced hose with connection adapter
- connection pad under hose adapter with M6 screws

Installation instructions for the ventilation hose of the automatic boiler fuel tank OGNIWO EKO Plus

① Tank connector
- On the upper rear part of the OGNIWO EKO Plus boiler tank, mark the location of the holes according to the template.
- Make two mounting holes with a diameter of 6 mm and a central air hole of 12 mm.
- Apply sealing silicone to the connector flange.
- Screw the connector flange with M6 screws to the boiler fuel tank.


② Feeder connector
- On the upper part of the boiler feeder body, mark the location of the holes.
- Make two mounting holes with a diameter of 6 mm and a central air hole of 12 mm.
- Unscrew the feeder blower to install nuts from the inside of the feeder air channel.
- Apply sealing silicone to the connector flange.
- Screw the connector flange with M6 screws to the feeder body.
- Carefully slide the flexible PCV hose onto the mounting connectors of the boiler tank and the feeding device.
Warning: Lack of tightness in the connection of components threatens the escape of exhaust gases outside the boiler. The tightness of connections should be checked regularly. The included sealing silicone must be used.
