PROSAT Boiler Transporter

Transporter is used to transport central heating boilers up and down stairs without engaging several people and without the risk of damaging the edges of the stairs. The transporter's load capacity is 540 kg, which allows for moving most boilers used in households. The transporter also works very well for transporting fireplace inserts, fireplaces or other heavy items up and down stairs.

It has a very simple lifting mechanism in its construction for raising the transporter together with the boiler. Rubber-metal paws located on both sides at the back allow for resting on stairs regardless of the material they are made of. The paws raise or lower the entire transporter so that the transport wheels do not touch the step edge and the construction or height of the steps does not matter. This solution protects the step from damage unlike when using transporters equipped with caterpillar tracks. The entire device operation is controlled by a single switch. The equipment includes a safety belt which secures the boiler against tilting or sliding off the transport plate. The transporter is equipped with a brake which prevents the entire device from sliding off the step edge.

Apart from the obvious benefits related to the risk of transporting heavy boilers up and down stairs, mainly people's safety, by using the transporter we save the time needed to perform this operation using traditional methods.
