Radiator REGULUS -system Sollarius consists of two systems: the water system and the heat emission system.
Water system – is built from evenly distributed horizontal copper heating pipes inside the radiator connected at the ends by vertical copper collector headers. The connection of heating pipes with collectors is made by soldering (hard solder).
Heat emission system – is built from aluminum sheet fins positioned vertically on the heating pipes of the water system. Appropriately bent front and back edges of the fins fit tightly against each other creating the front and back walls of the radiator.
The connection between copper and aluminum is a dry connection, therefore no electrochemical phenomenon occurs in it.
Surface Finishing
Degreasing and powder coating, standard white color (RAL 9003), on request any color from the RAL palette is available. The offer also includes a special color version Regulus METALLIC – polished aluminum surface covered with colorless powder paint

Materials from which the radiator is made - copper and aluminum - are light and have a high heat conduction coefficient (several times higher than steel and cast iron). This contributes to very intense heat distribution throughout the entire radiator structure and heat emission even with a small temperature difference - between the radiator and the surroundings. Radiators "REGULUS -system" are characterized by high corrosion resistance, which significantly extends their service life and reduces investment costs. They do not require the use of corrosion inhibitors. Both the copper water system and aluminum heat-emitting fins are not subject to destructive corrosion - as happens with radiators made from other materials (e.g. steel). Very low water capacity ensures very good and efficient operation in modern, controlled heating systems.
