Description
Connections: Locked connection with fixed internal thread 1/2"
Warranty: 25 years - buildings with microclimate characteristic of residential, office, government buildings, etc.
Warranty: 10 years - buildings with above-average air humidity and increased hygiene and sanitary standards such as swimming pools, car washes, dryers, floating units, service facilities and all industrial facilities including port infrastructure.
The REGULUS - Sollarius system radiator consists of two systems: a water circuit and a heat emission circuit.
Water circuit – is built from evenly distributed horizontal copper heating pipes inside the radiator, connected at the ends by vertical copper collecting manifolds. The connection of heating pipes with manifolds is made through brazing (hard solder).
Heat emission circuit – is built from fins made of aluminum sheet mounted vertically on the heating pipes of the water circuit. Appropriately bent front and rear edges of the fins fit tightly together forming the front and rear wall of the radiator.
The connection between copper and aluminum is a dry connection, therefore no electrochemical phenomenon occurs in it.
Surface Finish
Degreasing and powder coating, standard white color (RAL 9003), any color from the RAL palette is available upon request. Additionally, the offer includes a special color version Regulus METALLIC – polished aluminum surface covered with transparent powder paint
Unique features of Regulus-system REGULLUS radiators
- very large heat emission surface + low own weight = high heating dynamics
- radiators quickly reach full rated power for a given supply temperature and are characterized by minimal thermal inertia
- high efficiency also at low supply temperatures
- resistance to variable and high pressure
- lightweight – easy to transport and install
- high corrosion resistance
- high efficiency resulting from the properties of the materials used
- long warranty period for both open and closed circuit systems
Standard Equipment
- factory-installed thermostatic valve with preset adjustment
- air vent
- brackets (stands for freestanding radiators)
- complete set of seals
- bolts, wall plugs
- o-rings
The materials from which the radiator is made - copper and aluminum - are lightweight and have a high heat conduction coefficient (several times higher than steel and cast iron). This promotes very intensive heat distribution throughout the entire radiator structure and heat emission even with a small temperature difference - between the radiator and the environment. The "REGULUS - system" radiators are characterized by high corrosion resistance, which significantly extends their service life and reduces investment costs. They do not require the use of corrosion inhibitors. Both the copper water circuit and aluminum heat emission fins are not subject to destructive corrosion - as is the case with radiators built from other materials (e.g., steel). Very low water capacity ensures very good and efficient operation in modern, controlled heating systems.
