The REGULUS radiator - Sollarius system consists of two systems: a water system and a heat distribution system.
Water system – is built from evenly distributed horizontal copper heating tubes inside the radiator, connected at the ends by vertical copper manifold collectors. The connection of heating tubes with collectors is made through soldering (hard solder).
Heat distribution system – is built from aluminum sheet fins installed vertically on the heating tubes of the water system. Appropriately bent front and rear edges of the fins fit tightly together, forming the front and rear wall of the radiator.
The connection between copper and aluminum is a dry connection, therefore no electrochemical phenomena occur in it.

Surface finishing

Degreasing and powder coating, standard color white (RAL 9003), any color from the RAL palette is available on request. Additionally offered is a special color version Regulus METALLIC – polished aluminum surface covered with colorless powder coating.

The materials from which the radiator is made - copper and aluminum - are light and have a high heat conductivity coefficient (several times higher than steel and cast iron). This contributes to very intensive heat distribution throughout the entire radiator structure and heat dissipation even with a small temperature difference - between the radiator and surroundings. Radiators "REGULUS -system" are characterized by high corrosion resistance, which significantly extends their service life and reduces investment costs. They do not require the use of corrosion inhibitors. Both the copper water system and aluminum heat distribution fins are not subject to destructive corrosion - as is the case with radiators made from other materials (e.g. steel). Very small water capacity ensures very good and efficient operation in modern, controlled heating systems.
