Description
Connections: Fixed connection with fixed internal thread 1/2"
Warranty: 25 years - buildings with microclimate characteristic of residential, office, government buildings, etc.
Warranty: 10 years - buildings with above-average air humidity and increased hygienic and sanitary regime such as swimming pools, car washes, drying rooms, floating units, service facilities and all industrial facilities including port infrastructure.
The REGULUS radiator - Sollarius system consists of two systems: a water circuit and a heat emission circuit.
Water circuit – is built from evenly distributed horizontal copper heating tubes inside the radiator connected at the ends by vertical copper collecting manifolds. The connection of heating tubes with manifolds is made by soldering (hard solder).
Heat emission circuit – is built from aluminum sheet fins positioned vertically on the heating tubes of the water circuit. Appropriately bent front and rear edges of the fins lie closely together forming the front and rear wall of the radiator.
The connection between copper and aluminum is a dry connection, therefore no electrochemical phenomenon occurs in it.
Surface finish
Degreasing and powder coating, standard in white color (RAL 9003), any color from the RAL palette is available on request. Additionally, the offer includes a special color version Regulus METALLIC – polished aluminum surface covered with colorless powder paint
Unique features of Regulus-system REGULUS radiators
- very large heat dissipation surface + low own weight = high heating dynamics
- radiators quickly reach full rated power for the given supply temperature and are characterized by minimal thermal inertia
- high efficiency also at low supply temperatures
- resistance to variable and high pressure
- light – easy to transport and install
- high corrosion resistance
- high efficiency resulting from the properties of materials used
- long warranty period for both open and closed systems
Standard equipment
- factory-installed thermostatic valve with preset adjustment
- vent plug
- brackets (stands for free-standing radiators)
- set of seals
- bolts, wall plugs
- O-rings
Materials from which the radiator is made - copper and aluminum - are light and have a high coefficient of heat conduction (several times higher than steel and cast iron). This contributes to very intensive heat distribution throughout the radiator structure and heat emission even at a small temperature difference - between the radiator and the surroundings. Radiators "REGULUS - system" are characterized by high corrosion resistance, which significantly extends their service life and reduces investment costs. They do not require the use of corrosion inhibitors. Both the copper water circuit and aluminum heat-emitting fins are not subject to destructive corrosion - as is the case with radiators made of other materials (e.g. steel). Very small water capacity ensures very good and efficient operation in modern, controlled heating systems.
