Description
Connections: Fixed connection with fixed internal thread 1/2"
Warranty: 25 years - objects with microclimate characteristic of residential, office, government buildings, etc.
Warranty: 10 years - objects with above-average air humidity and increased sanitary and hygienic regime such as swimming pools, car washes, dryers, floating units, service facilities and all industrial facilities including port infrastructure.
The REGULUS - Sollarius system radiator consists of two systems: a water system and a heat dissipation system.
Water system – is built from evenly distributed horizontal copper heating pipes inside the radiator connected at the ends by vertical copper collector manifolds. The connection of heating pipes with collectors is made by soldering (hard solder).
Heat dissipation system – is built from aluminum sheet fins mounted vertically on the heating pipes of the water system. Appropriately bent front and rear edges of the fins fit closely together forming the front and rear walls of the radiator.
The connection of copper with aluminum is a dry connection, therefore no electrochemical phenomenon occurs in it.
Surface finish
Degreasing and powder coating, standard white color (RAL 9003), any color from the RAL palette is available upon request. Additionally, the offer includes a special color version Regulus METALLIC – polished aluminum surface covered with transparent powder paint
Unique features of Regulus-system REGULUS radiators
- very large heat dissipation surface + low self-weight = high heating dynamics
- radiators quickly reach full rated power for a given supply temperature and are characterized by minimal thermal inertia
- high efficiency even at low supply temperatures
- resistance to variable and high pressure
- light – easy to transport and install
- high corrosion resistance
- high efficiency resulting from the properties of materials used
- long warranty period for both open and closed systems
Standard equipment
- factory-installed thermostatic valve with preset
- air vent
- brackets (stands for freestanding radiators)
- complete seals
- screws, dowels
- o-rings
The materials from which the radiator is made - copper and aluminum - are light and have high heat conduction coefficients (several times higher than steel and cast iron). This contributes to very intensive heat distribution throughout the entire radiator structure and heat dissipation even with small temperature differences - between the radiator and its surroundings. Radiators "REGULUS - system" are characterized by high corrosion resistance, which significantly extends their service life and reduces investment costs. They do not require the use of corrosion inhibitors. Both the copper water system and the aluminum heat dissipation fins are not subject to destructive corrosion - as is the case with radiators made of other materials (e.g. steel). Very low water capacity ensures very good and efficient operation in modern, controlled heating systems.
