Description
Connections: Locked connection with fixed internal thread 1/2"
Warranty: 25 years - buildings with microclimate characteristic of residential, office, government buildings, etc.
Warranty: 10 years - buildings with above-average air humidity and increased sanitary and hygiene regimes such as swimming pools, car washes, drying rooms, floating units, service facilities and all industrial buildings including port infrastructure.
The radiator REGULUS - Sollarius system consists of two systems: the water system and the heat dissipation system.
Water system – built from evenly distributed horizontal copper heating pipes inside the radiator connected at the ends by vertical copper collector headers. The connection of heating pipes with collectors is made through soldering (hard solder).
Heat dissipation system – built from aluminum sheet fins positioned vertically on the heating pipes of the water system. Appropriately bent front and rear edges of the fins lie tightly against each other forming the front and rear walls of the radiator.
The connection between copper and aluminum is a dry connection, therefore no electrochemical phenomenon occurs in it.
Surface Finish
Degreasing and powder coating, standard white color (RAL 9003), any color from the RAL palette is available to order. Additionally, the offer includes a special color version Regulus METALLIC – polished aluminum surface covered with colorless powder paint
Unique features of Regulus-system REGULUS radiators
- very large heat dissipation surface + low weight = high heating dynamics
- radiators quickly reach full rated capacity for the given supply temperature and are characterized by minimal thermal inertia
- high efficiency also at low supply temperatures
- resistance to variable and high pressure
- light – easy to transport and install
- high corrosion resistance
- high efficiency resulting from the properties of the materials used
- long warranty period for both open and closed systems
Standard Equipment
- factory built-in thermostatic valve with pre-setting
- air vent
- brackets (stands for freestanding radiators)
- set of seals
- screws, expansion plugs
- o-rings
The materials from which the radiator is made - copper and aluminum - are light and have a high heat conductivity coefficient (several times higher than steel and cast iron). This promotes very intensive heat distribution throughout the entire radiator structure and heat dissipation even with a small temperature difference - between the radiator and surroundings. Radiators "REGULUS -system" are characterized by high corrosion resistance, which significantly extends their service life and reduces investment costs. They do not require the use of corrosion inhibitors. Both the copper water system and aluminum heat-dissipating fins are not subject to destructive corrosion - as is the case with radiators made from other materials (e.g. steel). Very low water capacity ensures very good and efficient operation in modern, controlled heating systems.
