Description
Connections: Blocked connection with fixed internal thread 1/2"
Warranty: 25 years - buildings with microclimate characteristic of residential, office, government buildings, etc.
Warranty: 10 years - buildings with above-average air humidity and increased hygiene and sanitary standards such as swimming pools, car washes, dryers, floating units, service premises and all industrial facilities including port infrastructure.
The REGULUS -system Sollarius radiator consists of two systems: a water circuit and a heat emission system.
Water circuit – built from uniformly distributed horizontal copper heating pipes inside the radiator, connected at the ends by vertical copper collecting manifolds. The connection of heating pipes with manifolds is made by soldering (hard solder).
Heat emission system – built from aluminum sheet fins mounted vertically on the heating pipes of the water circuit. Properly bent front and rear edges of the fins fit tightly together forming the front and rear wall of the radiator.
The connection of copper with aluminum is a dry connection, therefore no electrochemical phenomenon occurs in it.
Surface finishing
Degreasing and powder coating, standardly in white color (RAL 9003), any color from the RAL palette is available on request. Additionally, the offer includes a special color version Regulus METALLIC – polished aluminum surface covered with colorless powder paint
Unique features of REGULUS -system REGULLUS radiators
- very large heat emission surface + small own weight = high heating dynamics
- radiators quickly reach full rated power for the given supply temperature and are characterized by minimal thermal inertia
- high efficiency also at low supply temperatures
- resistance to variable and high pressure
- lightweight – easy to transport and install
- high corrosion resistance
- high efficiency resulting from the properties of used materials
- long warranty period for both open and closed systems
Standard equipment
- factory-installed thermostatic valve with pre-adjustment
- air vent
- brackets (stands for free-standing radiators)
- complete set of seals
- screws, wall plugs
- o-rings
The materials from which the radiator is made - copper and aluminum - are lightweight and have a high thermal conductivity coefficient (several times higher than steel and cast iron). This promotes very intensive heat distribution throughout the entire radiator structure and heat emission even with a small temperature difference - between the radiator and the surroundings. Radiators "REGULUS -system" are characterized by high corrosion resistance, which significantly extends their service life and reduces investment costs. They do not require the use of corrosion inhibitors. Both the copper water circuit and aluminum heat-emitting fins are not subject to destructive corrosion - as is the case with radiators built from other materials (e.g. steel). Very low water capacity ensures very good and efficient operation in modern, controlled heating systems.
