DECOR Radiator

The DECOR radiator is a narrow, tall model available in a version with two visible vertical lines (aluminum element connection points) or in a perfectly smooth front version with visible lines on the rear wall.

Standard execution is a version with visible lines on the front and back (when ordering, you must precisely specify the radiator type).

DECOR Radiator Structure:

1. Water system – constructed from copper heating tubes arranged horizontally inside the radiator and connected at the ends by vertical copper collecting manifolds. The connection of heating tubes with manifolds is made by soldering (hard solder).

 

2. Heat dissipation system – constructed from aluminum sheet fins positioned vertically on the heating tubes of the water system. Appropriately bent front and rear edges of the fins fit tightly together forming the front and rear wall of the radiator. A flat aluminum plate is mounted on the fin wall – on both sides.

DECOR radiators can be used in any type of installation – copper, plastic or traditional steel. They work with electric, gas, oil and solid fuel boilers. They work with condensing boilers and in systems served by heat pumps.

DECOR Radiator Advantages:

• Copper-aluminum construction ensures high efficiency at low supply temperatures – copper and aluminum are characterized by high thermal conductivity coefficients (higher than steel and cast iron), heat is emitted even at small temperature differences (between the radiator and surroundings)

• Large heat exchange surface, an important feature for heating based on low temperature of the heating medium – condensing boilers, heat pumps
• Room heating is carried out in a mixed way: through intense thermal radiation from the front surface of the radiator and through convection. Air drawn from below through numerous convection chimneys of the radiator, flowing through its interior, upon contact with the surface of pipes and fins heats up, then flows upward through the perforated top housing. This dual mode of heat emission causes even heating of air throughout the room.
