Description
Connections: with movable nuts 1/2" on connection fittings, internal thread
Warranty: 25 years - buildings with microclimate characteristic of residential premises, offices, public offices, etc.
Warranty: 10 years - buildings with above-average air humidity and increased hygiene and sanitation standards such as swimming pools, car washes, dryers, floating units, service facilities and all industrial facilities including port infrastructure.
The REGULUS - Sollarius system radiator consists of two systems: a water system and a heat dissipation system.
Water system – consists of evenly distributed horizontal copper heating pipes inside the radiator connected at the ends with vertical copper collecting manifolds. The connection of the heating pipes with the manifolds is made by soldering (hard solder).
Heat dissipation system – consists of aluminum sheet fins positioned vertically on the heating pipes of the water system. Appropriately bent front and rear edges of the fins fit tightly together forming the front and rear walls of the radiator.
The copper-to-aluminum connection is a dry connection, therefore no electrochemical phenomenon occurs in it.
Surface finish
Degreasing and powder coating, standard white color (RAL 9003), any color from the RAL palette is available on request. Additionally, the offer includes a special color version Regulus METALLIC – polished aluminum surface covered with colorless powder paint
Unique features of Regulus-system REGULUS radiators
- very large heat dissipation surface + small own mass = high heating dynamics
- radiators quickly reach full rated power for a given supply temperature and are characterized by minimal thermal inertia
- high efficiency even at low supply temperatures
- resistance to variable and high pressure
- light – easy to transport and install
- high corrosion resistance
- high efficiency resulting from the properties of the materials used
- long warranty period for both open and closed systems
Standard equipment
- manual air vent
- brackets (stands for free-standing radiators)
- complete set of seals
- screws, expansion plugs
- o-rings
The materials from which the radiator is made - copper and aluminum - are lightweight and have a high coefficient of thermal conductivity (several times higher than steel and cast iron). This promotes very intensive heat distribution throughout the radiator structure and heat dissipation even with a small temperature difference - between the radiator and surroundings. "REGULUS - system" radiators are characterized by high corrosion resistance, which significantly extends their service life and reduces investment costs. They do not require the use of corrosion inhibitors. Both the copper water system and the aluminum heat-dissipating fins are not subject to destructive corrosion - as is the case with radiators made from other materials (e.g., steel). Very low water capacity ensures very good and efficient operation in modern, controlled heating systems.
